We have a no refunds and no exchange policy at this time. This ensures that all products are new and has not previously been purchased or used.

Not at this time, we are operating our store online and offering furniture painting locally.

Where is Winterberry's Warehouse?

Our warehouse is located on Speers Rd in Oakville, Ontario. It is where our commercial spray booth is located, and where we arrange local pickup and delivery. It is by appointment only.

Our phone number was related to our physical location, we are operating by email only at the moment.

Do you offer a Trade Discount?

We are very much a store for the people, we don't mark up our items to allow for major discounts for trade or sales tactics, we price our product fairly from day one, with that we are happy to work with any industry professionals on bulk and/or custom orders.

DWhere do I pick-up my purchase?

We will arrange a pickup time with you at our Oakville Warehouse.
